Hello Hivers, it’s a beautiful afternoon. I hope you had an amazing weekend. This is an occasion for me to share a really healthy and nutritious meal with you, and I’ll show you how to make an outstanding “beet salad with vinaigrette.”

Let’s throw on our aprons and get this party started…

The first step will be to prepare our delectable dressing, which will serve as the major foundation for our salad’s flavor. We’ll use one large onion, sliced into julienne strips, and one lemon’s juice.
