Sautéed mixed vegetables with ham are delicious and healthful

Today, I’m going to tell you about an incredible meal I had with my mum…. This recipe is really easy to make and is a highly healthy and nutritious food, since it has ALL of the necessary components to enjoy it as a “one-of-a-kind” dish, but if you want to serve it with a side dish, I recommend a great “steamed rice.”

Let’s don our aprons and get started on this lovely and entertaining procedure.

We’ll use a deep nonstick frying pan for this dish… 1 large onion sliced into “julienne” strips and 1 tablespoon “crushed” garlic in 2 tablespoons sunflower or sesame oil (season with salt and pepper).

We add our tasty “cabbage” cut in extremely thin strips once the onion has taken on a crystalline tint… Cook, stirring regularly, over high heat.

In this phase, we’ll add an ingredient that will give the dish a “one-of-a-kind” flavor… We inserted our aromatic and nutritious “ginger,” which I recommend grating finer.

Friends, I leave the amount of ginger to your discretion; if you want a “soft” flavor, use 1 teaspoon; if you want a “strong” contrast, use 1 tablespoon.

When the cabbage texture is “semi-soft,” add 3 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 tablespoon water.

After that, we’ll incorporate our vibrant bell pepper.

The fresh flavor of the chives and the wonderful crunchy texture of the carrots are two of my favorite aspects of this delicious meal.

In this step, fold in the ham slices (I used “smoked turkey ham” this time). Mix until everything is well combined… Our tasty and healthful cuisine is ready to eat and serve.

Take pleasure in its stunning hue.
