Early in the morning, Chiang Mai was bitterly cold. This reminds me of my hometown, where I wouldn’t dare to put my hand in the water till daylight. As usual, I get up early in the morning to perform my fitness routine, but Manop, my friend, has gotten up as early as 3 a.m. to do his daily regimen. You’re not going to believe me when I say he was 65 years old and still going strong. He says it’s excellent in Chiang Mai because he can obtain fresh organic vegetables and meals, and it’s critical to eat well in order to live a long and healthy life.
He’ll go to the store around 3 a.m. to get some fresh organic food. He is quite picky about what he eats. I consume fresh cuisine during my trip to Chiang Mai, and this is a good thing.
Today, Manop took me to a nearby farm to purchase fresh vegetables directly from the farm at a low cost. We have to arrive as early as possible since everyone in Chiang Mai comes to buy it. Even the vendor comes here to buy his vegetables.
It takes around 45 minutes to reach here by automobile from Manop’s house. Everyone is come here for the fresh vegetables, as seen by the large number of cars parked beside the road.
They also can buy big amount from this spot , where they can wait the worker come with the vegetable and select them .
Everything here is so organic . The some people say , once you eat organic stuff , you ll know the different and organic is always the best.
